Breannas body followed her paws, and her nose reached the ground, taking in the smell of moss and wood. The lake near by calm and smooth with the wind, and the sun above shining with the aura of peace. The air was cold and stuck to the pelt, but Breannas thick fur was used to the cold winter. Not a bit of the seeming snow would reach her smooth skin inside. She breathed in, and then out. The smell of a hare was nearby, and she planned on hunting it down. She was fast and smoth to the touch, it would not escape her, and this time there would be no clumsiness. With her body low, she moved forward at a decent pace, not to fat to warn the hare of danger, but not to slow to where it would be to late. After only two years of practice she was quite talented, but her true intention was to be a Guard, and a fighter! Maybe when her body grew she would be able to do that.
The snow and grass beneath her crunched deep between her pads. She recalculated the current situation, the Hare was no more then a couple of pounces away, but even she could not catch a rabbit so far. The snow below proved to be a big noise maker, she would have to make her steps carefully. Deciding quickly, she was glad to have such a white pelt, or she may have never had the right desguise. Unnoticed, she stepped forward again, and she watched the Hare and the snow below for soft spots were she could step with out much noise. Usually wolves hunted without having to hide, but she loved to hear the beating heart and feel the andrenilane before catching her prey, like a mountian lion. Such magnifacent creatures, she almost wished she were on but they were very clumsy and only ate out of pure hungar, nor did they have much respect for wolves. She shook the thought out, deciding to catch the Hare now more then anywhere else.
With a hard step she sprung forward with speed and precision. Smooth and fast, the Hare took the threat immediatly and took off, she followed quickly gaining ner acceleration. The Hare grew nearer, and it changed paths every few moments. Breanna was used to it, and a simple Har wouldn't get away from her this time! She drove on and quickly came near enough to strike its back with he maw. Her head went down, and her mouth snatched up the tiny body. Quickly slowing down she looked up with the now dead Hare in her mouth. Just then her foot slipped beneath some rocks, she felt her momentum go towards the ground, and witout letting go, her face planted into the snow. She sneezed, wiping out of it. Her right foot stung and she looked down, thanking the Gods it was only a sprain. Not much of a great hunt, she muttered dropping the hair and licking her paw.

Acadia does, Acadia thinks, "Acadia says."
Acadia's black pelt stuck out like a sore thumb as she walked around aimlessly, she was bored and felt as if she still had yet to explore. Glancing around her she studied her surroundings, she wanted to get to know the place the best she could, although she knew she'd most likely have all the time in the world to do that, it wasn't like she was leaving the place anytime soon, she was only a pup. But, that didn't mean she wasn't capable of some of the stuff older wolves were. Hearing the soft crunches of snow under her feet and the breeze as it whistled through the trees the pup's body became relaxed as random thoughts swirled through her brain, although she didn't pay much attention to them, just of those that came of her family. Oh God how she wanted her father and brothers to be by her side right then. Sure, she wouldn't admit it, but it was hard to cope without them around all the time to defend her, she thought of herself as brave wolf with the power of defending herself, but that didn't change how much she really did miss them.
Coming back to reality, Acadia heard the faint sound of paws padding across the ground, and she picked up the scent of a Hare and another wolf. Looking around curiously she didn't see the other wolf right away, her eyesight wasn't the best but after a second she caught glimpse of her. Immediately she knew why she hadn't noticed her a few moments ago, white pelts were always hard to make out when everything around you was covered in blinding white snow. Moving toward the other canine her head was slightly lowered, as if showing she wasn't a threat, but she still walked with confidence, seeing the dead animal laying in front of the wolf she smiled. Was it possible maybe she was a hunter? Of course it was possible, but then again, there were a lot of other possibility's as well, so the young wolf decided not to assume something and end up being wrong.
Approaching the other wolf Acadia's steps were light on the snow, the faint sounds barely noticeable. Her ears flicked back and forth as different sounds were heard in the distance. Once a good five feet away she started to speak. "I suppose I wasn't the only one who felt like taking a stroll no?" her voice came out softly and calmly, deciding to possibly make another friend rather then judge and get onto someone's bad side.

Breanna turned to the noise, expecting to see possibly another wolf, and quite true as it was. She smiled, putting her paw back to the ground and standing all the way up, her tail wagging with the wind, then against it. The smell of blood was very comforting, but why would the wolf be here now? The black wolf showed no threat, obviously wanting to make friends. She smiled welcoming the new black wolf in the area.
Under regular circumstances, she wouldn't have been so nice to smile, and instead stay on guard, then again....how many times had she actually done that to another wolf? Usually she gave no intention of threats, and if the did she would try to avoid the battle and run away, she wasn't a fighter like she always wanted to be. She realized how fast wolves would actually come to prey when cuaght, maybe Breanna should share it to the wolf. She seemed older, it would be unwise to think less of her.
"I guess not, seems to be two now. I guess I should go ahead and introduce myself right?" She smiled bigger looking at the Hare then taking a couple steps toward the wolf, "My name is Breanna, you can call me Bre if you want." Her tail was wagging and her head went low, no threat there. As soon as she she raised it again she felt excitement come through. Maybe she would be able to make a good friend today and possibly a travel companion, she had always wanted one. She had been traveling for so far, why not? But hat would the other wolf think of that?
Just the showing of the wolf seemed to keep her on edge, she was hyper a lot. What if the wolf didn't like her? She seemed to jump to the meeting, Breanna was sure it would be alright really. If she gave her name after that, then maybe the black wolf would want to travel with her. She was very smooth with that, and she was very quite too, was the Black wolf a Hunter like herself? Or was she of the Guard? Did she even live in a pack? More likely no, for she was alone and she never gave threat, she wasn't on anybodies territory. She continued to smile and hoped for the best, but she also prepared for the worse.
