The ground was wet and muddy, but it held up the medium sized female easily. Bright green eyes showed a love for everything; Even something as ugly as this swamp! But Zira, she was very different. She saw the beauty in everything. She saw the life, the many lives this place fed. The ravens singing their lonely songs, the frogs hiding themselves from the world. Zira was a gentle spirit, and seeing the best in everyone or everything, she didn't really hate. It wasn't in her soul!
The wind was a very cool whisper, a soft breeze that caressed the brown, black speckled wolf. Bright green eyes blinked slowly, as her paws softly treaded the ground. Claws dipped into mud occasionally, but Zira let it stay on them. It wasn't doing anything. The tall tree's provided shade, however it was unneeded as Twilight slowly slipped onto the earth, letting it gently stroke the world.
Zira had a soft smile played on her lips, and she soon found a small patch of dirt, nothing more. A small tree behind it; Zira went to lean on it, laying down. She lifted her head, and closed her eyes, as the wind gently touched her with timid hands, but cooled the she-wolf. Bright eyes opened for a moment, scanning the land with friendly, welcoming eyes, however traces of caution stripping through them.

Poltergeist ___________________
:------: Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Each beat a muted tone that throbbed within his mind. His ebony paws matched the throbbing pace; a quick gait made of short, but fluid, leaps and bounds. His breath steamed before his face for a mere second with each heave of his chest and then the misting was gone; lost in the humid air around him. Each step brought him closer towards the swamp; the terras’ scent already reaching to greet his open maw; decomposition and rot creating a cloying blanket.
:------: Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. The constant beating of their hearts as they ran with him; usually it wasn’t so many, but he always gathered a small grouping of the dead at night; especially near twilight. The veil between their world and his was more transparent at the time he supposed; the world itself in its own in-between state with the night coming but the day still lingering. He barely looked to his side; just a brief glance but he could see that three were with him tonight; a trio of transparent haunts that followed at his heels.
:------: It is best to ignore them; when he pays attention to them they became more…physical; they start to touch him and attempt, if they’re agitated enough, to harm him A shudder travels down his spine as he thinks of the cold fangs of spirit wolves sinking into his flesh; creating fissures of icy cold in his blood. His paws landing in soft earth bring him back to reality; he’s entering the swamp.
:------: Almost immediately he sees the paw prints signaling that someone was here before him, and not too long ago either. Poltergeist pauses his rhythmic gait and he feels the spirits that had been with him fading into the background, leaving him on his own. They’re so dependable. With nose low to the ground he follows the cent; identifying a femme. It doesn’t take long to find her, only a few minutes of loping through the marshy terra; its pungent scent masking his own.
:------: She a pretty thing; brown, white, black, and a mixture of other colors that form a pleasing canvass on her pelt. But he likes her eyes most; a dazzling green that reminds him of his own hues. With a shake of his raven colored fur he walks into view, no, he stalks into view. His body is low to the ground his gait slow and controlled as he creeps forward, but his ears are up to show he doesn’t mean harm and a slight twitch in his tail shows what a dog would call a wag. “…” his mouth is open but nothing comes out; he’s not what you would call a social butterfly, hey, he couldn’t even be considered a social worm to save his life.

There was a presence here; One Zira knew was somehow familiar, yet a stranger to her. Maybe it was not familiar to her, but the spirit's whom she communicated with. As Zira looked around, she heard nothing, but somehow felt the silence ring in her ear drums. A black male, with eyes like her own then appeared. Green, full of spiritual energy. He said nothing, but only blessed Zira with his appearance.
Salutations, sir. Her voice was soft, and full of respect that had come naturally to her. Her bright eyes looked at him; And she could tell there was nothing wrong, nothing near evil in him. She smiled lightly, and blinked, then dipped her head low to show her respect. Then, lifting her head, she stood tall and proud. My name is Zira, and I am the alphaess of Lunir. She lifted a paw and then sat down on the dry ground beneath her, inviting him over with a head gesture.
My I have the pleasures of knowing your name? Zira had an eye for uniqueness, she could see it in souls. She wanted to know this male, for he seemed as spiritually active as her. She didn't know what it was that made her sure, or at least guess like that, but she only smiled at him now, waiting for his blessing.
o.o.c; It was a great post (: Sorry mine sucks ._.

Kolulu & KuromiShe yawned, and then she stretched, and then yawned again. She got up, and then sat down, and then rose a second time --Will you fucking make up your mind, Kolulu? Kuromi's barks fell upon deaf ears, and she sighed irritated for once that she couldn't mental speak to Kolulu yet, or even take possession of the body. The multicolored phae closed her eyes, and a chill ran down her spine, for some reason, she felt as if someone was talking about her, but then dismissed the thought and rose for the last time, stifling a yawn, and wiping her paws on the soiled ground.
Her eyes wandered in search of her friends, but they fell upon empty nest, and she sighed heavily. Alone again, she thought, I wish someone would come and play with me sometimes, it's getting awfully lonely around here. Stepping out of the den, she scented a peculiar scent, it was familiar, but, she couldn't quite put her paw on it. Why not follow it? Her nose in air, and her feet moving automatically, Kolulu followed the seemingly familiar scent --what was it? She really couldn't tell.
Ewww, a swamp, she muttered Why did we have to go to a swamp? Mud splattered into her face as she stomped in the mud, following the scent --no, two scents Duh, and she treaded toward them quickly, as the swamp scared her a bit, though she didn't know why; but despite that, she had to admit, it was such a beautiful swamp, when the sun hit it just right, it looked exactly like a creamy brownish lake, and that fact melted the she-pup's heart. You're too soft...! She continued onward, until the stench got too overpowering, and she felt even her light body, sinking down until her spotted brown, became that of a solid one. You idiot, now look what you've did --oh, hey! There's a spot of dry dirt, go push that she-wolf off, it is supposed to be yours ya'know! Look! Kolulu suddenly spotted a patch of dirt, something to wash herself off on without getting more mud in her mouth. As she splashed toward it, she spotted another wolf on it --a full grown one. Oh well, maybe they could share, right?
She splashed toward the she-wolf a little more, oh! Another wolf was coming too, maybe they all could play! She let out a whine of glee. Playmates! My name is Zira, and I am the alphaess of Lunir. Her blood froze cold, and she looked on in dismay, the pack leader? Would Zira scold her? She hoped not, but she was out of her den --maybe she should hide, but then --Ahahahah-chooooooo she sneezed, a huge sneeze, probably sending her zooming back a few inches as well.
Well there goes that plan.
ooc;; I'm bored, sorry for intruding :/
